The Philadelphia Undergraduate Summit on Health (PUSH) seeks to bring together student health leaders from Philadelphia colleges to exchange ideas about promoting health and health-related issues on campus and in our greater Philadelphia community. The Summit will involve four hours of programming, and will consist of a keynote speaker as well as multiple break-out sessions to network and collaborate with peers.
Mission statement:
Campus health and wellness is a ubiquitous part of higher education, from the classroom to local communities. Engaging students and staff at our peer institutions in the Philadelphia region allows for each institution to better understand common situations.
The goals of the Philadelphia Undergraduate Health Summit include promoting meaningful dialogue, improving health education, as well as building lasting relationships across our schools in the Philadelphia region.
Goals:
The Philadelphia Undergraduate Summit on Health is rounding up Penn's Healthy Campus week!
Healthy Campus Week is part of the Partnership for a Healthier America’s Healthier Campus Initiative and a cornerstone of the Wellness at Penn initiatives. It highlights wellness programming and initiatives across Penn’s campus. The Healthier Campus Initiative will celebrate its fourth annual Healthy Campus Week September 24-29. Don't forget to hashtag #healthycampus on social media to participate!
